Blogger's (Silent) Poetry Reading Day

I actually don't know who wrote this... in fact, is it really a poem? It was on a card I bought my husband when we first started dating... and I adore it. :-)

I ran up the door
closed the stairs
said my pajamas
and put on my prayers
turned off my bed
and jumped into the light
all because
you kissed me good night.

Short and sweet and it always brings a smile to my face!
